How to Use

Use twice daily, especially before bed. Adult supervision recommended for children.

Step 1: Happy Teeth & Gum Powder

1. Rinse with warm water.

2. Dip a dry toothbrush into the powder or transfer ¼–½ teaspoon to your palm.

3. Brush gently in small circles along the gum line.

4. Floss before or after brushing.

5. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Step 2: Healthy Teeth & Gum Mouthwash

1. Use approximately one teaspoon (do not dilute).

2. Swish thoroughly for 30 seconds or longer.

3. Spit out. Do not ingest.

For best results, use the powder first and finish with the mouthwash.
