Best to use twice a day, especially in the evening before bed. Use according to your oral care needs. Adult supervision is required for all oral products used by children.

STEP 1: Happy Teeth & Gum POWDER
- RINSE: To begin, you can rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm to hot water before you start. This helps open pores.
- TRANSFER: Please put about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of the powder in the palm of your hand or glass dish. The saliva in your mouth is adequate for brushing. It’s not necessary to use a wet brush.
- APPLY: Dip your toothbrush or a flossing toothbrush into the powder.
- OPTIONAL: You can dip your DRY toothbrush directly into the DRY powder in jar. Please do not wet the powder in the jar.
- “BRUSH SMART”: When using a special flossing or your regular toothbrush, please be sure to use small gentle circles on both sides of your teeth at the gum line. Don’t brush hard, brush soft and longer. Be sure to put extra attention on your front teeth and molars. (Ask your dental hygienist for proper brushing techniques.)
- FLOSS: We recommend flossing either first, before using the Happy Powder or after while the powder is still on your teeth and gums. It is very beneficial to floss at this time. This way, the powder can do its work on those hard to get areas. This will help allow the powerful benefits of the powder to get into those areas that only flossing can reach. It is important to note, that a “flossing toothbrush” does not replace regular flossing. Read separate instructions accompanying “flossing toothbrush.”
- RINSE: After brushing you can rinse your mouth out with warm to comfortably hot water.
STEP 2: Healthy Teeth & Gum MOUTHWASH (It is FULL STRENGTH. You don’t need much; do not dilute.)
- SIP & SWISH: After you finish the above steps, put about a teaspoon of the Mouthwash into your mouth. Then, thoroughly swish the liquid all about your mouth so it gets to all areas for about 30 seconds or more. The longer you swish around the mouthwash the better.
- A small amount of mouthwash is sufficient. This mouthwash comes full strength, you do not have to dilute with water, so you only need a little bit for the job.
- It is beneficial to do this before bed to help balance mouth ecology and mouth pH for the night’s rest.
- Spit out all the mouthwash out.
- Not intended to be ingested.
- For children: Supervise use.

Very happy with product!

I was using the tooth brush with it and it wasn't doing nothing. Then decided to go online to see how others were using it and recommending it and started using my finger, leaving it on while watching tv and then scrubbing with a tooth brush and rinsing. Works much better that way now. No pockets on the gums now and starting to see less bleeding and the gums turning pink again.
Absolutely Love It!
Two things to notice. The jar is very small. I brush my teeth a lot, so it only lasted 2 months, which makes it rather expensive. The benefits are so great, I plan to continue using it anyway. Also, keep in mind that the product is brown in color. You just have to rinse your toothbrush more if you don't like the brown in your brush and around the sink. I truly believe my teeth and gums are healthier. I love it!
If your ready to ditch the old school sub par chemically laden toothpaste give this one a try. Your mouth will thank you!

I will be honest here, I hate going to the dentist. My gums are receding and my teeth even felt loose. I know I need to get to the dentist, but I saw this and thought I would get a head start. WOW. I love it when things actually work as stated!! My teeth feel soooo much better. I could tell a difference within a couple days! And my teeth look nice and white. I will be buying this product again!

Tooth powder
I used to have a loose tooth and a lot of gum recession. Since I've been using this product my tooth is no longer loose, I have no issues with gum recession even the plaque/tarter seem to be much less. I have a very healthy mouth because of this tooth powder. I highly recommend it.
