Directions for use

Directions for Use
Place a small amount of oil in the palm of your hand. Use your little finger to apply to the inside of your nose. Optionally, you can use your dry little finger to pick up oil from bottle and apply to nose. Then gently pinch your nose between your thumb and forefinger and gently inhale through your nose to distribute the oil into your nasal areas.

Note: It is not necessary to shake the bottle and distribute the contents at the bottom. Product lasts for up to 6 months for most individuals using every day.
